Our Neighborhoods

Our Neighborhood has approximately 300 homes, with one new home finished recently and another new home under construction. We have a few remaining open lots.

All the homes in Centurion Place are custom constructed homes, built on large lots! No cookie cutter houses here, no two are alike.

Ample yards for swimming pools, outdoor kitchen, playing and entertaining. Mature land scaping and trees throughout.

We have a great diversity of people living in Centurion Place. We have a caring and active Civic Association, and an Architectural Control Committee. We have building restrictions in place to protect current and future property owners.

Our subdivision is not an outlet, and traffic therefore is calm, with only neighborhood vehicles.
